Why do I need an account to use Linkd?
An account lets us save the QR codes you generate so you can access them again later — across sessions and devices. Without an account we wouldn't have anywhere to store your history.
Creating an account is free and only requires your name and email address.
My QR code isn't scanning. What should I do?
A few things to check:
— Make sure there is enough contrast. Printing a QR code on a dark background can make it unreadable.
— Ensure the code is large enough — at minimum about 2 cm × 2 cm when printed.
— Clean your camera lens and hold the device steady a few inches from the code.
If the code still won't scan, try regenerating it inside the app and test the fresh version.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at santrico.support@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and include the email address associated with your Linkd account. We will remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.
