Lune Cycle Tracker collects no personal information whatsoever. Specifically, we do not collect:

Lune Cycle Tracker does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs (such as Firebase, Amplitude, Sentry, Facebook SDK, etc.).

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain information in accordance with their own privacy policy when you download or update the app. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy for details on data Apple collects.

7. Children's Privacy

Lune Cycle Tracker is rated 4+ on the Apple App Store and is designed to be safe for all ages. Because the app collects no personal information from any user, it is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).

8. GDPR & CCPA Rights

For users in the European Economic Area (GDPR): Since we collect no personal data, there is no data for us to provide, correct, delete, or port on your behalf. Your data exists only on your device and is under your sole control.

For California residents (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. We do not collect personal information. You have no data in our systems because we have no systems that store your data.

The most privacy-friendly approach is collecting nothing — and that is exactly what we do.

9. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as the app is installed on your device — because it lives only on your device. When you uninstall Lune, all app data stored via AsyncStorage is permanently erased. We retain no copies and have no ability to recover deleted data.

Your cycle data is stored using iOS's standard app sandbox, which isolates app data from other apps on your device. Only Lune can read its own local storage. We recommend keeping your device updated with the latest iOS security patches for best protection.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. We will notify users of any material changes via an in-app notice at next launch. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Because we collect no data, the most likely reason for updating this policy would be to add new app features — not to expand data collection.
