No. All of your data is stored only on your device using local storage. It is never sent to our servers, synced to iCloud, or shared with any third party. This means your information is completely private — but it also means data cannot be recovered if you uninstall the app or get a new phone without first exporting it.

Go to Settings → Notifications inside the app. You can enable reminders for your upcoming period, ovulation window, or custom dates. When prompted, allow Lune to send notifications. All reminders are local — they are scheduled on your device and do not require an internet connection.

Unfortunately, no. Because your data is stored locally on your device and not backed up to any server or cloud, uninstalling Lune permanently deletes all app data. This is by design — it means your sensitive health information can never be accessed by anyone else, including us. We recommend using the export feature (if available) before deleting the app.

Lune's predictions improve over time as more cycle data is logged. For best results, log the first day of your period consistently each cycle. If predictions still seem off, you can manually adjust your average cycle length in Settings → Cycle Settings. If the issue persists, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Lune Cycle Tracker is available exclusively on iOS. It requires iOS 15.0 or later and is compatible with all iPhones supported by that iOS version. The app is optimized for both standard and larger iPhone screen sizes.
